The voice termination service allows operators, call centers and small carriers alike to terminate their voice over internet protocol (VoIP) traffic, leveraging Uno Communications, SpA extensive network coverage, low latency levels and competitive pricing.

In particular, Uno Communications, SpA offers companies with high volume call center traffic, short duration dialer termination to Italy landline and mobiles, where a high level of Calls per Seconds (CPS) and ports can be allocated based on the customers’ needs.

The Operator / Business client proceeds to interconnect via SIP protocol with Uno Communications SpA directly and will pay for termination services on a per minute basis, with 1/1 seconds increments whenever specified, depending on the rate of the destination dialed.

Updated rate decks are provided on a monthly basis, except for customized offers, which can be requested anytime to a sales representative Call Details Records (CDRs) are available upon request for analysis or billing records crosscheck.

For quality concerns and capacity-increase requests, a network of experienced technical engineers is available to provide the customer with assistance on a 24/7 basis.

The service offers 100% network coverage through the interconnection with the Telecom Italia network and other OLOs’ networks.

The Service is provided subject to the signing of the contract, payment of a security deposit to be reinstated against the use of the service (Prepayment).
